A man in his 30’s, who was revealed to be a civil servant, was found that he has shown his girlfriend’s two young daughters, ages seven and eight, pornography videos and raped them many times.
The two kids lived with him since 2007. Their mother thought that he was a diligent civil servant and looked like he loved her kids, so she decided to live with him. However, two years later since the women moved in he started to use the two daughters to satisfying his sexual imagination. At that time, the kids were too young to realize his behavior was rape and wrong.
From 2009 to 2011, his perverted behavior continued. The girls have been raped by him at least once a week for 3 years. This horrible incident left an irreversible scar on both daughters.
The aunt of the two girls recently discovered the heinous act and reported the case to the police.
On Feburary 15th, the Chunbuk Police, which is located in Province Chungchungbuk, requested a warrant to arrest the man for breaking the Protect Child and Teenager Law.
